Information we collect

We collect account and contact details such as your first and last name, email address, and an optional phone number. Authentication providers also process account and session information needed to sign you in securely.

Funding Readiness assessments collect information you choose to provide about personal or business funding goals and financial readiness. Depending on the assessment, this can include credit ranges and history indicators, income or revenue, employment or operating history, monthly obligations or business debt, cash-flow indicators, entity and business-profile details, document availability, requested funding, and intended use of funds.

Version 1 is not designed to collect Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, driver-license numbers, bank account or routing numbers, or bank-login credentials. Please do not enter that information into free-form fields.

Information created through your use

We store drafts, submissions, readiness results, evaluation records, Action Plans, progress updates, reassessment lineage, and comparison history so the service can preserve your funding-readiness journey. We also record relevant timestamps.

When available, we may record limited source and campaign information, such as UTM parameters, referrer, and landing path, to understand how people reach the service. We do not treat those values as assessment answers.

How we use information

• Provide and secure your account.
• Save, evaluate, and display Funding Readiness assessments and historical results.
• Create and maintain Action Plans, progress, and reassessment comparisons.
• Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the service.
• Maintain consent and attribution records.
• Send optional BYBLP marketing updates only for the channels you choose.

Optional marketing preferences

Email and text-message marketing choices are separate and optional. You may create an account without selecting either choice. Consent events are retained as part of the service record. Signed-in applicants can manage current BYBLP marketing preferences from Profile. Contact us at support@byblp.com with questions about your preferences.

Service providers and external destinations

We use service providers, including Supabase for authentication and data infrastructure, to process information on our behalf as needed to operate the service. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and our applicable service arrangements.

The Credit Blueprint is a separate service destination. Opening its link does not automatically enroll you, and the Funding Readiness link sends only campaign attribution parameters rather than assessment answers, result identifiers, email addresses, or phone numbers. Information you provide after leaving this application is governed by that destination's disclosures.

Security

We use access controls, authenticated sessions, database authorization policies, and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect service information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as described in our Data Retention disclosure. This version does not yet provide self-service account deletion or data export. Contact us with a privacy question or request; available options will depend on the circumstances and current product capabilities.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service, operational practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the version currently presented.
