These terms describe the permitted use of the Build Your Biz Like A Pro Funding Readiness service, operated by Visionary Strategy Consulting LLC.

Funding-readiness guidance
The service provides educational guidance based on information you submit and the readiness rules in effect for the applicable assessment version. It is not a loan offer, lender approval, promise to lend, or guarantee of financing. Lenders and other providers use their own criteria and may reach different decisions.
Your information and account
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and for protecting access to your account. Results can be incomplete or less useful when information is inaccurate, outdated, or omitted. Historical results remain tied to the information and readiness rules used when they were created.
Permitted use
You may use the service for your own lawful funding-readiness planning. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, misuse another person's account or information, probe security controls, or use the service to violate applicable law.
Availability and changes
Features, guidance, and availability may change as the service develops. We may maintain, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service. New assessments can use updated rules, while stored historical results remain associated with their original assessment version.
External services
Links may lead to separate third-party destinations, including The Credit Blueprint. Those services are independently operated under their own terms and disclosures. A link does not enroll you, guarantee eligibility, or indicate that financing will be offered.
Content and software
The service's branding, written content, interface, and software are owned by or licensed to Visionary Strategy Consulting LLC. You may use them only as reasonably necessary to access the service for its intended purpose. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the version currently presented. Continued use after an updated version is presented is subject to that updated version.
